Wenzhou Outai Stationery Co., Ltd. was established in 2003, located in Agricultural Development Zone of Wenzhou.
Through years of development, our factory has developed two lines of products:
Stationery: office pens, gel ink pens, highlighters, water color pens, white board markers, permanent markers, glue sticks and erasers
Promotional items: promotional ball pens, metal pens, hotel pens and logo pens
Now we have nearly 300 staff members, 20 R&D members and 10 foreign trade members. Each year we export millions of markers and millions of promotional pens to clients worldwide.
Each pen will be checked before sending to you.

Our products are certificated by ASTM D4236 and EN71. All the materials we used conform to European and American standards.
